These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PepDose mobile application (the “App”) operated by Chad Newbry, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

PepDose is a peptide dosing calculator and injection tracker. It helps you calculate reconstitution volumes, manage dosing protocols, log injections, and track your peptide inventory. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

PepDose is an informational tool only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The App does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or prescriptions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol. You use the App’s calculations and tracking features entirely at your own risk.

User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including protocols, injection logs, and inventory records. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Redistribute or resell the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Chad Newbry, LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Dosing calculations are provided as a convenience and accuracy is not guaranteed. Always verify calculations independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chad Newbry, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any harm resulting from reliance on the App’s calculations or information.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
