Chad Newbry, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the PepDose mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Dosing & Injection Data

• Peptide protocols — dosing schedules and protocol configurations you create
• Injection logs — records of injections including date, dose, and injection site
• Inventory — vial and supply tracking information
• Calculator inputs — reconstitution and dosing calculations

All of this data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We do not transmit, collect, or have access to any of this data.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identity information — we do not collect your name, email, or any account information
• Location data — we do not request or store your location
• Analytics or tracking — we do not use third-party analytics or ad tracking SDKs
• Health data — we do not integrate with Apple Health or any health data services
• Photos or media — we do not access your camera or photo library

How We Use Your Information

All data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or process any user data on our servers. The App functions entirely offline.

Third-Party Services

PepDose does not use any third-party services that collect or process your data.

Device Permissions

The App may request the following permission:

• Notifications — to send reminders for scheduled doses. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. No data is transmitted to external servers. Your data is protected by your device’s built-in security features, including device passcode and encryption.

Your Rights

• Data deletion — you can delete all app data by deleting the App from your device
• Data portability — since all data is stored locally on your device, it is included in your device backups

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
