These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HeroMask AR mobile application (the “App”) operated by Chad Newbry, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

HeroMask AR lets you apply augmented reality face masks and capture photos and videos. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain full ownership of the photos and videos you capture using the App (“User Content”). All User Content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App to create content that harasses, threatens, or infringes on others’ rights

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, mask assets, and branding, is owned by Chad Newbry, LLC. AR mask designs and assets are provided for personal use within the App only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chad Newbry, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
