Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bouquet Book mobile application (the “App”) operated by Chad Newbry, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Bouquet Book lets you photograph bouquets, identify the flowers in them using AI, and save your collection. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Bouquet Book offers a free tier and premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store and processed by RevenueCat.

• Billing — subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Renewal — subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation — you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policies

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you upload to the App (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the App’s features.

You may choose to make bouquets publicly visible. You are responsible for any content you make public.

AI-Powered Features

The App uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to identify flowers in your photos. AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and accuracy is not guaranteed. Do not rely on flower identifications for medical, safety, or allergy-related decisions.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others’ intellectual property
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Chad Newbry, LLC. The Oxford 102 Flowers Dataset is used under its respective license.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI identifications will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chad Newbry, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
